Education: Fort Campbell High School in 1981; Austin Peay State University, B.S. in Education-1985; M.A.Ed-1988; Ed.S Administration and Supervision-2001; After graduation in 1985 from Austin Peay State University, I taught elementary school for eight years while finishing my Master of Arts degree in 1988. I have been teaching at Richview Middle School since 1999, I enjoy teaching sixth grade Social Studies and being part of such a wonderful school.

Friday: Egypt, Lesson 1, Guided Reading worksheet, #1-5. Keep in your notebook.

Week of August 19th:

*First Unit Test will be on Thursday, August 22nd.

We will begin our study guide on Tuesday, August 20th.

Students will be working on assignments related to early communities on Tuesday and Wednesday

  • Students will be required to show respect for fellow students, teachers, and school personnel.
  • Assignment planners are to be updated daily in class.
  • Students must come to class prepared with the items necessary for that class. Textbook, paper, two pencils and a highlighter. (Colored pencils when working on maps)
  • Students must write their first and last name and class period on each assignment.
  • Students will remain seated while the class is working.
  • Students will use the restroom between classes. *Only emergency trips will be allowed
