I was born and raised in Clarksville. I graduated from APSU with an undergraduate degree and Master's degree in Special Education and Regular Education. I have been a teacher with CMCSS since 1997. I am married to Danny Alford. We have two daughters, Shelby (14) and Julie (11). I enjoy exercising and spending time with my family. Being a teacher is a blessing because I strive daily to make a positive difference in my students' lives!
