I graduated from Murray State University with both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees and received my EL Endorsement from Tennessee Tech. I have taught Spanish, German and ESL, Kindergarten through college (graduate & post graduate), at home and abroad, in traditional and online classrooms for three decades. I taught six years in Kentucky and have been with CMCSS since 2000. I've been teaching at RMS since 2007. Each day, I look forward to those "Ah-hah!" moments in my students' eyes - that is my purpose, to inspire my students to success.
Aside from work, my wife and I have been married for over 32 years and have two sons. I enjoy cooking, hunting, growing tropical plants, serving through my church and community, and have been a beekeeper for over 20 years.

I currently teach ESL and am the RMS Chess Coach and Energy Champion here at RMS.
